Catering Cancellation Policy

We totally get it — sometimes plans change. We’ll always do our best to work with you, but here’s what to know when canceling a catering order:

Need to Cancel?

  • For orders under $500, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.

  • For orders $500 or more, we kindly ask for 72 hours’ notice.

Running Late on Cancelling?

  • If you cancel within 24 hours, we may need to charge 50% to cover what’s already been prepped.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are typically non-refundable.

At Brim, your satisfaction matters to us. If something didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Refund & Remake Policy

We’re happy to offer a refund, remake, or store credit if:

  • You received the wrong item. There’s a problem with how your order was made. Or your item doesn’t match a dietary or allergy request

We’re unable to offer refunds for:

  • Items that were made correctly, but you changed your mind. Orders that are mostly eaten or consumed. Orders left unclaimed for 30 minutes or more.

How to request a refund:

Please speak to a team member in-store, or contact us at the contact page within the same day of your visit. For app and online orders, reach out within 24 hours with your order details or a photo.
