Who we are
We met on the lake. We raise our family near the lake, and now we have the joy of serving good food with a view of the lake—the place that’s been at the heart of our life together.
That joy, along with our food philosophy, is why we created Brim. We're on a mission to get more people eating more plant-centric with high quality proteins meals—not just because it’s better for our bodies, minds, and the planet, but because it’s genuinely delicious. When food tastes good and makes you feel good, you don’t just eat it—you crave it. You might even want a local beer with it.
Our menu is designed with that in mind. It’s filled to the brim with local, organic, plant-forward dishes made from scratch. We put the same care into every detail, from our creamy cashew-based sauces to our thoughtfully sourced ingredients: organically raised chicken and eggs from Larry Schultz Farm in Owatonna, pasture-raised beef from the South Dakotas, locally baked gluten free bread from Minneapolis, produce from Strong Heart Farms and handcrafted herbal teas from Wisconsin.
We love this Midwest community, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our table.

Do we have a patio? Yes! Petite patio that is dog friendly. Parking is available off Lake Street and Knox avenue.
